This training takes place on private, enchanted land in the mountains of Silver City, New Mexico, a location that has been carefully established as a ceremonial ground where Nature and the sacred medicines are held in great respect.
The beauty and energy of this land provide the perfect environment for deep connection, healing, and learning. Surrounded by the profound stillness of the mountains, participants will feel nurtured and inspired as they explore the sacred work of plant medicine facilitation.

The Journey Continues
Successfully completing this Level One training is the foundation of a greater journey. Graduates will have the opportunity to advance into higher levels of training, which include:
Level Two: Focus on Community Building and learning to facilitate ceremonies for larger groups of journeyers. This level emphasizes fostering connection and safety in group dynamics while maintaining sacred integrity.
Level Three: This Advanced Leadership Training prepares participants to step into ceremonial leadership roles. It also includes the option to become ordained into the Heart of Earth & Sky Entheogenic Sanctuary, further deepening your role as a spiritual guide and space holder.

With over four decades of leadership and ceremonial expertise, Cache Hartzell—affectionately known as the "Love Wizard"—is a highly regarded international ceremonial leader, author, transformational coach, and co-founder of both the Sacred Journeys Interactive Psychedelic Plant Medicine Facilitator Training and The Heart of the Earth & Sky Entheogenic Sanctuary . Her work is grounded in love, community, and the belief in each individual’s innate brilliance. Cache’s extensive training spans meditation, entheogenic medicine ceremonies, somatic movement, vibrational healing, and breathwork. She is a nationally certified bodyworker, ERYT 500 yoga teacher, and the visionary co-founder of Montana’s first Tibetan Buddhist Center. As a spiritual mentor and minister, Cache creates safe, sacred spaces for profound transformation and self-discovery. Her playful and compassionate approach empowers others to connect with their inner wisdom, embrace their potential, and unlock their soul’s treasures. As Cache says:

Sarah Schaefgen
Sacred Ceremonialist | Reiki Master | IAKP Kambo Practitioner | Visionary Breathwork Guide | Spiritual Mentor
Sarah Schaefgen was brought up in close relation to the ceremonial traditions of the Lakota Native American tribes. Growing up in Missoula MT, it was natural for her to have a deep reverence and connection to nature and the sacred land. Much of her life has been spent exploring indigenous cultures and shamanic ways of living in harmony with the Earth and humanity. She has lived a life of service across multiple healing modalities and in 2019 co-founded Sacred Ally-Empowerment Arts Center with her husband Peter. Here they have created a safe haven for intentional community connection based on healing and spiritual evolution.
In 2020 Sarah completed an in depth experiential training in the Matsés tradition of Hapé and Kambo medicine. She is a member of the International Association of Kambo Practitioners and serves her local and global communities through strongethical practices.
In 2022, Sarah co-founded the Sacred Journeys Interactive Psychedelic Plant Medicine Facilitator Training with her husband Peter and long time friend and mentor, Cache Harzell.
Peter Schaefgen

Peter has walked to the edge of society’s masculine conditioning. It was there that he broke through the illusions and stepped into embodying the divine masculine path. His journey drew him to be of service in deeper ways to life and his community. Over the last 10 years, Peter has dedicated himself to the studies and training of various healing modalities including the sacred art of sound healing, Breathwork and Reiki.
In 2019, he co-founded Sacred Ally Empowerment Arts center where he serves his community alongside his beloved wife Sarah. Together they offer safe and sacred spaces for people to come home to who they truly are through community services, events and ceremonies.
